Refund eligibility depends on the platform where the purchase was made.
For web Premium purchases:
Web Premium checkout is handled through RevenueCat-hosted checkout with Paddle as merchant of record behind the web purchase flow.
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
All refunds are subject to Paddle's refund policy and will be handled by Paddle.
For Batch Scan Packs:
Batch Scan Packs are separate usage credits for Batch OCR and are covered by the Batch Scan Pack refund terms in the MapleLedger Terms of Service.
For iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play) purchases:
Payments are processed by the respective platform.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform and are subject to their policies.
